vacation rental in historic York, SC. This cozy retreat features three bedrooms, two baths, dining room, living
room, kitchen, laundry room and large deck and front porch. Basic cable TV and internet is available.
The house
is on a quiet, desirable street in the historic district and within walking distance of the quaint downtown area. Walk to
shopping, restaurants, movie theater and more. This is the perfect location for out of town wedding guests, business travelers,
temporarily relocated home builders and any one else wanting to enjoy a more 'at-home' feel that you cannot get at
an impersonal and cramped motel room.
Rental Rates and information
$110 per night, 2 night minimum
(3 night minimum for holiday weekends). $700 per week. 21 day advance notice. Cash, check or money order only. $150 refundable
security deposit. Pets allowed only at the discretion of the management, and for a non-refundable $100 deposit.
Rates may be negotiated for longer term rentals.
This house is fully and comfortably furnished. Just bring your toothbrush!
